Any person residing in Cherokee or Pickens County may apply for financial assistance through our Benevolence Process. The intent behind this process is to provide short term financial assistance during difficult seasons. We are unable to provide financial assistance for rent/mortgages, child care, medical bills, credit cards, taxes or legal fees.
Upon review of this application, Revolution Church will determine if the situation qualifies for assistance. If so you will be contacted to schedule an appointment. Phone or Walk-In interviews will not be conducted. No-shows will lose their spot and no longer qualify for assistance for a 6 month period. No individual can receive assistance more than once per year. Due to the volume of applicants, the process may take up to two weeks. Completion of the application and attending an interview does not guarantee that assistance will be provided.
Please bring copies of any bills necessary for your case. Any assistance will be paid directly to the service provider.
All information provided in this application will remain confidential within Revolution Church but may be reviewed by church staff or Pastors. Please answer honestly, we are not here to judge, but rather provide compassionate assistance according to our guidelines and resources available. If possible please arrange for childcare.
